The overwhelming urge to complete spring cleaning in my house has taken over. It is so nice to be able to open the windows and let fresh air fill my home. Along with that, the winter clothes are stored and the shorts and flip flops come out. Usually when I change over my ward robe for more seasonal attire, I make a pile for the Salvation Army. You know exactly what I mean. Items which hang in your closet or take up space in your dresser drawer and are never touched for over 2 years probably need to go to someone else who can put them to good use. This fills my need to organize and remove clutter- at least temporarily until something else fills the space.
You can take this same approach to unused, unopened bags of incontinence products. If you have recently changed your incontinence management program and have an unopened bag or two of Poise Pads in your closet, consider donating them to a shelter or non-profit group which provides assistance to others. They aren’t doing anyone any good just sitting and collecting dust.
