Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:  In the U.S.:  ISP has a flat shipping rate of $4.99 shipping cost  for all orders under $50.00.  Orders of $50.00 or more receive free shipping, compliments of ISP. Orders place before 11:30 am EST will be shipped the same day and will arrive at your door within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 11:30 am EST or items that are out of stock may require more time for delivery.

Easy Returns/Refunds:  If you have received the wrong item, an ISP Customer Service Team member will be happy to help you.  Make sure to contact us at support@incontinencesuppliesplus.com to facilitate a return.  A full refund will be provided for unopened items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase or a product exchange can be initiated once the item originally shipped has been returned to our processing center.  For purchases of cases, the case must be unbroken (unopened).  Returns cannot be processed for orders after 30 days of the date of purchase or for opened cases/packages of products.  Because of health regulations, we are unable to accept opened packages or cases.  If applicable, this restocking fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Manufacturer Defects:  Although each manufacturer has slightly different policies, all of them guarantee their products against defects in material and workmanship.  Should you receive an item with a perceived defect, please call our customer service number or email us so that one of our sales team members can assist you in working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation Policy:   To cancel an order placed with Incontinence Supplies Plus, you must contact ISP customer support by email at support@incontinencesuppliesplus.com or by phone at (307)222-2302.  The team at ISP will make every effort to process the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

Please make sure to provide your name, the order number and your contact information when calling to cancel an order.  Please note that an order cannot be cancelled if it has already shipped.  In this case you can request to return the item according to our return policy listed above.

Out of Stock Policy:  The inventory available from our manufacturers and suppliers can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item that is listed as “in-stock” at the time of your purchase may be, in fact, out of stock.  In this event, the ISP team will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back-order.  Most out-of-stock items are available again within 2 weeks.
